This is the Grilled Amberjack with Vegetables. This delicacy is part of our Lunch Menu and perfectly expresses the scents and flavours of the Mediterranean cuisine interpreted through Capri island’s culinary tradition.
As it always happens at the Ziqù, ingredients are the main character. Amberjack from our waters and vegetables that we ourselves grow in our garden.
